betkhela reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault or pricing error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the specified settlement period; (c) betkhela has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of insider information or in furtherance of match-fixing or fraud. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's Taka wallet.

betkhela reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where betkhela has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes; (c) the account holder is under 18 years of age; (d) KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; (e) the account is associated with prohibited jurisdictions; or (f) betkhela is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
You may request the closure of your betkhela account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, betkhela will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your available cash balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) within 5 business days.
